It would seem a lot of people ending up at this site as a result of having used a search engine, are ending up here as a result of searching for the history of HP Sauce. Quite understandable I’d say. If I recall correctly, one of my own initial searches online for HP was for the very same thing. I wanted to know more about its history. As such, I’ve started to revise the History of Brown Sauce area. This will continue to be a work in progress as I discover new information, and have the time to write on it. I’m now using a few different sources for this page, however - if I get some facts wrong, or if the page needs correcting in any way, please contact me.

As for the “photograph vintage HP Sauce bottle” sessions. I’ve completed the photography stage and now look forward to sitting down and editing the pictures and putting together a page for the site.

Speaking of which, I’ve discovered the site “Tommy’s Pack Fillers” which sells vintage labels for glass bottles - HP Sauce bottles included! It’s quite a unique site. Needless to say I’ve placed an order for 2 such labels!
