If one were to ask several fans of Coronation Street which character is the funniest or most attractive amongst the entire cast, you would most certainly get a variety of answers. If however you asked the same group of people to name the dimmest bulb of the bunch, the answer would undoubtedly be Kirk Sutherland. Awww, poor Kirky.

Kirk’s endearing, kind hearted nature toward others is never in any question however, yet he does occasionally need a bit of help. Such is the case in this clip where Kirk tries to compliment Cilla for her fry-up. Unfortunately, Kirk is not a man of the world and he quickly digs a nice hole for himself.
