Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter/margarine
  • 5 tbsp white flour
  • 10 decilitre juice or bouillon cube
  • 1 tsp soyasaus
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:*Translated from Norwegian – no grammer!

  • Melt and brown butter.
  • Add white flour and brown above weak heat for mixture is nøttebrun.
  • Dilute with juice or bouillon cube, and stir in well between each time you dilutes.
  • Let sauce get simmer without lok in 10 minutes., add soyasausen.
    Suitable for most meat dishes

Recommendation: Untested

Tomatoes and oregano make it Italian; wine and tarragon make it French. Sour cream makes it Russian; lemon and cinnamon make it Greek. Soy sauce makes it Chinese; HP Sauce makes it good.
