Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter/margarine
- 5 tbsp white flour
- 10 decilitre juice or bouillon cube
- 1 tsp soyasaus
- salt and pepper
Preparation:*Translated from Norwegian - no grammer!
- Melt and brown butter.
- Add white flour and brown above weak heat for mixture is nøttebrun.
- Dilute with juice or bouillon cube, and stir in well between each time you dilutes.
- Let sauce get simmer without lok in 10 minutes., add soyasausen.
- Suitable for most meat dishes
